Privacy Policy

MAYSANCH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”) runs Desi Yatri Guides. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Email, phone number and (optionally) name you give at checkout — to deliver your purchase and give support.
• Order details (what you bought, amount, time).
• Payment is handled by Cashfree Payments. We receive only the payment status, never your card or bank details.

How we use it

To deliver your download, send receipts, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet tax and legal duties. We do not sell your data. We will only send marketing emails if you opt in.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the store: Cashfree (payments), our email provider (delivery emails), and our hosting and database providers.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to connect@maysanch.in. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.
