Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our guides are digital products delivered instantly, so we cannot take them back once downloaded.

You will get a full refund if

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You paid but did not receive a working download, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours of you contacting us.
• The file is corrupt or not the guide you paid for, and we cannot replace it.

We cannot refund

• A guide that has already been downloaded, except in the cases above.
• Purchases made by mistake after the file has been downloaded.

How to ask

Write to connect@maysanch.in within 7 days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete, because delivery is instant.
